Return and Refunds
Please don't send your products back to the shipping address from the sender shown in the shipping package, please send email to info@damiensaber.com to state the reason for the return address and please attach the order number.

Return a product
If you need a refund, you should return the product and send the return receipt to info@damiensaber.com
When the package is being received, we will inspect the products and we will arrange the refund within 1-2 working days.

Time limit for return
We only support return and refund requests initiated within 7 days (including weekend) of package receipt. Please check whether the products are in good condition as soon as possible after receiving them.

Defective Product
We stand by our product. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email with a detailed video and clear photos at info@damiensaber.com, we will reissue a new replacement parts as soon as possible.

Wrong Product or Missing Product
We will pay for the shipping fee and resend the order with the correct product.

DamienSaber will replace(at DamienSaber's expense) faulty products during the warranty period but damaged by human factors are excluded. A replacement resumes the warranty period left of the original order.

Order number of purchases made through DamienSaber Official Website.

Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Order Cancellation
We only accept within 24 hours to cancel your order. Send an email at info@damiensaber.com to cancel your order. Once it is detected that the order has not been shipped, you'll get complete refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs.
