●What is your Shipping Time Globally?
Normally our shipping time is 2-4 weeks, 1 week or so if there’s stockhouse in the country like US.
Your tracking number will be displayed after 3-5 business days after you ordered the product.
However, if the product is new-arrivals, then the shipping speed may be delayed a bit cause the product is still under production.
●Do you Ship to other countries other then the USA?
Yes, our lightsabers have been shipping to over 30 countries.
●How long is my purchase Warranty?
Each Saber has a 1 year Warranty for saber parts & Malfunction not user related or inflicted.
In the meantime, buyer should submit a video with clear indication of what the issue may be. We’ll help you evaluate the problem and then decide to give you instructions or sending you a new part.
●Directions for opening Pelican case for first time:
With the number wheels on "0 0 0", slide the button to the right. Lock should release and case should now be unlocked and able to be opened.
●How can I pay for the saber on this website?
